Mike Muszynski has served as Second Bassoonist in the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra since 2015. Prior to his appointment, he served as Principal Bassoonist in the Atlanta Opera and Atlanta Ballet Orchestras, as well as the Augusta Symphony Orchestra.
Mike served as an orchestra committee member in the Atlanta Opera both as a delegate to the Regional Orchestra Players Association and later as committee chair, and has served as delegate to ICSOM from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. He has also served on the ISO Orchestra Committee since 2018 and currently edits the Musicians of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra newsletter and website.
