The Adams Mark Hotel has been named the host hotel for the 2017 conference of the International Conference of Symphony and Opera Musicians (ICSOM). The conference, hosted by the musicians of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and Local #92 of the American Federation of Musicians, will be held Wednesday, August 23 through Saturday, August 26, 2017.
The Adam’s Mark is located at the waterfront in the heart of the Buffalo downtown business district close to restaurants, shopping and just 20 miles from Niagara Falls.
Thanks to the work of ICSOM Member at Large and Buffalo Delegate Dan Sweeley, Secretary Laura Ross and Treasurer Michael Moore, a room rate of $119 has been negotiated for the conference at the Adam’s Mark, an excellent rate for this luxury downtown hotel.
Conference information and reservation information will be sent in the spring of 2017 to delegates, AFM officers and staff, and local officers who attended the previous conference in 2016. Others interested in attending the 2017 conference should contact ICSOM Secretary Laura Ross.

Also, below you will find a list of some of the local attractions nearby the Adam’s Mark that should help make the 2017 conference a memorable event.
We look forward to seeing you in the beautiful city of Buffalo, New York!
